Technical Support Engineer
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Mobile Solutions Team.
Working as a Technical Support Engineer you are supposed to provide a technical support to our mobile products users: collect users' feedback, analyze problems they encounter, report to developers about technical issues detected, compose and maintain support documentation (user's guides, FAQs, etc) and much more.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in software development as a technical support or QA engineer
- user experience with one or more popular mobile platforms (Android, iPhone, Symbian, Windows Mobile)
- good knowledge of configuration management software (issue tracking systems, build servers)
- excellent command of English
Advantages
- basic understanding of QA process and testing methods
- technical documentation authoring experience
- user-level knowledge of the Linux OS
